We offer a wide range of choices in manufacturers allowing you the opportunity to find the option that best meets your preference for style, color and price range. These products range from 30 year to lifetime warranties. Algae resistant options are available to make your roof virtually maintenance free.

Cedar Shakes

A cedar shake roof adds beauty and elegance to any home and at Johnson Roofing & Gutters we strive to look for the highest quality product on the market. Being a natural product, shake roofs require care to look their best. We do offer the option of pressure treated shakes to extend the life of your shake roof and reduce the maintenance required. You can expect a cedar shake roof to last 20 years or longer.

Torch Down

For low slope roof applications we install torch down roof systems. For a torch down roof a modified base is sheet is nailed to the roof deck and then a single ply layer of granulated modified bitumen roof material is adhered with a torch applied system. The material comes in many color choices. This roof system has been around for generations and has shown itself to have remarkable strength and weather resistance and delivers outstanding results.

Gutters

Johnson Roofing & Gutters installs O.G. or K-line style continuous aluminum gutters formed on site to the exact dimensions of your home. This allows for a clean, smooth look and prevents possible leaks at seams. With over 20 colors to choose from, we are sure to have a color scheme to match your home.

We also offer fascia and soffit repair when needed and can convert built-in gutters to a continuous aluminum system.

Tear Off

Our extensive experience with tear off makes Johnson Roofing & Gutters the best choice available to you when you need your existing roof removed before reroofing. Throughout the process we leave your jobsite neat and clean at the end of each day and have earned an outstanding reputation for making sure that your landscaping and siding are protected from damage.

Johnson Roofing & Gutters is happy to stand behind its work with a written, 10 year limited warranty on materials and labor. In addition we provide a written copy of any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the material you select.
